CANCELLATION POLICY
At Carling Dental, we understand that plans can change. We kindly ask patients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.
LATE CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or appointments missed without prior notice, may incur a cancellation fee.
Depending on the appointment booked, the fee may be the full fee for the scheduled appointment or the applicable dental clinician’s hourly fee. Any applicable charge will be explained as part of our booking terms.
